Nicaragua Finca El Paraiso Maracatu

The farm is located in the Matagalpa department of central Nicaragua, and owned by Roberto Bendana and his family, who own several farms in this mountainous region (the farm is at 1300 metres above sea level). This varietal produces big berries, producing big beans, which are fully washed and sun-dried on patios. Descriptors: nutty, rich, winey, pleasing acidity, smooth.
