Fairtrade, Organic, Medium/Medium-Dark Roast
Bright and lively, with sharp notes of stone fruit at the front, leading to a well rounded and tannin-free finish. A pronounced initial impression, with a dense, rich body.

Very Dark Roast
A coffee with as much history as flavour. In the 1600's, the shipping routes and storage methods of the beans meant they were exposed to monsoon rains. As a result, the developed a particulary deep and intense musty, tobacco flavour. This was lost when shipping routes changed, hence the coffee now goes through a process known as 'Monsooning', where it is stored for 12-16 months in wooden crates, in an effort to replicate antiquated shipping practices. The resulting beans have a pronounced 'old leather' or 'pipe tobacco' warmth and depth.
The darkness of the roast also means a very low acidity, with the body and warmth showing through nicely. Best suited to a french press.

Medium Roast
Yet to be properly evaluated.

A blend currently in development.
While still being refined, this blend of FairTrade beans has the body, warmth and chocolate notes of our Peruvian beans, with a touch of acidity at the front. Reliable and well-rounded, without being busy or confusing.
